In the event of such cancellation, attendees will be notified via the contact details provided at the time of booking. Any refund or rescheduling policies will be communicated accordingly. Other than in the case of event cancellation by the organizers, all ticket sales are final and NON-REFUNDABLE. The organizers shall not be liable for any additional costs, damages, or losses incurred as a result of such cancellation.​​
